Save time and effort by importing your videos directly from JW Player into Vidalytics—no need for manual downloads and uploads! This streamlined process eliminates hours of work, allowing you to migrate videos efficiently in just a few clicks.
Restrictions: We have a limit of 100 videos imported videos in app. If you need to import more videos at a time please reach out directly to our Customer Happiness Team at hi@vidalytics.com
Steps to Import Videos from JW Player
Step 1: Log in to JW Player

Before starting the import process, ensure you are logged in to your JW Player account. This will make the integration process smoother on the Vidalytics side.
Step 2: Access the Upload Section in Vidalytics

Navigate to the left menu in your Vidalytics account.

Click the blue upload icon to open the Upload section.
Step 3: Connect Your Vimeo Account

In the Upload section, you’ll see two options:

Upload a video from your computer.

Import a video from an external source.

Select JW Player as the import option.

A pop-up window will appear asking for permission to connect your JW Player account to Vidalytics. You would need to ge the Secret Key (token) and Site ID to connect your account.
Note: If you are not already logged in to JW Player, you will be prompted to enter your credentials before proceeding.
Step 4: Import Your Videos

After successfully connecting your JW Player account, you’ll see a list of available videos.

Select the video(s) you want to import and confirm your selection.
That's it! Your video is now imported into Vidalytics, ready to be optimized and analyzed.
